Ingredients

01 16 ounces rotini pasta.
02 13 slices bacon, cooked and chopped.
03 1/2 large red onion, diced.
04 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, cubed.
05 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped.
06 1 avocado, diced.
07 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved.
08 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped.
09 1 packet ranch dressing mix.
10 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise.
11 1/2 cup sour cream.

Instructions

Step 01

Mix ranch packet, mayo and sour cream. Chill 30 minutes.

Step 02

Cook rotini, rinse with cold water and drain.

Step 03

Mix pasta with bacon, vegetables, cheese in large bowl.

Step 04

Add dressing and toss gently. Serve immediately.
