BLT Pasta Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 16 ounces rotini pasta.
02 - 13 slices bacon, cooked and chopped.
03 - 1/2 large red onion, diced.
04 - 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, cubed.
05 - 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped.
06 - 1 avocado, diced.
07 - 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved.
08 - 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped.
09 - 1 packet ranch dressing mix.
10 - 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise.
11 - 1/2 cup sour cream.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix ranch packet, mayo and sour cream. Chill 30 minutes.
02 - Cook rotini, rinse with cold water and drain.
03 - Mix pasta with bacon, vegetables, cheese in large bowl.
04 - Add dressing and toss gently. Serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Best served right away.
02 - Add lettuce last to prevent wilting.
03 - Keeps 24 hours refrigerated.
