Frequently Asked Questions

→ Why use a non-stick skillet?
Non-stick skillet prevents pancake from sticking and breaking when flipped. Essential for keeping pancake intact.
→ Can I use dried herbs?
Fresh dill is strongly recommended as dried herbs won't provide the same flavor impact in this simple dish.
→ Can I make this gluten-free?
Yes, gluten-free flour can be substituted but may not hold together as well as all-purpose flour.
→ How thin should I slice the cabbage?
Slice cabbage as thinly as you would for coleslaw to ensure even cooking.
