Easy Cabbage Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 oz. cabbage.
02 - 2 eggs.
03 - ⅛ cup chopped dill.
04 - ⅓ tsp. salt (or to taste).
05 - ¼ cup all-purpose flour.
06 - 1 tbsp. oil (grapeseed recommended).

# Instructions:

01 - Cut cabbage thinly like for coleslaw and place in mixing bowl.
02 - Add eggs, salt, and dill. Stir well. Then stir in flour.
03 - Heat oil in non-stick skillet. Add mixture and flatten to ¾-1 inch thick.
04 - Cover and cook 5-7 minutes per side, using plate to help flip.

# Notes:

01 - Must use non-stick skillet.
02 - Fresh herbs work better than dried.
03 - All-purpose flour holds together best.
