Ingredients

01 1 1/2 pounds chicken breast, sliced thin.
02 3 tablespoons olive oil, divided.
03 3 tablespoons fajita seasoning mix.
04 1 1/2 cups white onion, thinly sliced.
05 1 cup green bell pepper, sliced.
06 1 cup yellow bell pepper, sliced.
07 1 cup red bell pepper, sliced.
08 6 medium flour tortillas.
09 2 cups fiesta blend cheese, shredded.
10 Nonstick cooking spray.
11 Sour cream, guacamole, salsa for serving (optional).

Instructions

Step 01
