Easy Cloud Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 eggs.
02 - 3 TBS full-fat cream cheese, room temperature.
03 - 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 300°F. Separate egg yolks from whites.
02 - Mix egg yolks and cream cheese until smooth.
03 - Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
04 - Slowly fold egg yolk mixture into whipped whites until incorporated.
05 - Scoop circles onto parchment-lined sheet. Bake 30 minutes until golden.

# Notes:

01 - Use full-fat cream cheese for best results.
02 - Keeps 3 days room temp or 1 week refrigerated.
03 - Can be frozen between parchment paper.
