Taco Potatoes with Beef (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 pounds russet potatoes, peeled and small diced
02 - 3-4 tablespoons oil
03 - 1 ½ teaspoons salt
04 - ½ teaspoon pepper
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
07 - 1 pound ground beef
08 - 1 packet taco seasoning
09 - Water (amount as instructed on taco seasoning packet)
10 - 8 ounce bag of Mexican shredded cheese
11 - Optional toppings: pico de gallo, guacamole, sour cream

# Instructions:

01 - Coat 2 pounds of peeled and small diced russet potatoes in 3-4 tablespoons of oil.
02 - Season the potatoes with 1 ½ teaspoons salt, ½ teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon onion powder, and mix thoroughly to ensure even coating.
03 - Cook the potatoes in an air fryer at 400°F for 18-20 minutes, shaking the basket 2-3 times during cooking.
04 - Brown and crumble 1 pound of ground beef in a skillet. Drain excess grease and add 1 packet of taco seasoning along with the water as instructed on the taco seasoning packet. Cook according to packet directions and remove from heat.
05 - To serve, layer cooked potatoes topped with seasoned ground beef, then add shredded Mexican cheese. Finish with optional toppings such as pico de gallo, guacamole, and sour cream.
