05 - 5 ml Italian seasoning
06 - 30 ml melted butter
07 - 25 g grated Parmesan cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to ensure easy release.
02 - Lightly flour a clean work surface. Press each refrigerated biscuit into a circular shape approximately 10 cm (4 inches) in diameter, maintaining a slightly thicker center.
03 - Place 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of pizza sauce in the center of each biscuit circle. Top with 15 g (1 tablespoon) of shredded mozzarella cheese, followed by the prepared pepperoni.
04 - Carefully gather the edges of the dough towards the center, pinching them firmly to create a complete seal. Twist the gathered dough to secure the closure, then gently roll and shape into a smooth, compact ball.
05 - Place the formed pizza bites seam-side down onto the prepared baking sheet, ensuring adequate space between each for even baking.
06 - Brush the tops of the pizza bites with the melted butter. Sprinkle generously with Italian seasoning and grated Parmesan cheese. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until they achieve a golden brown color and are well-risen.
07 - Allow the baked pizza bites to cool slightly before serving. Present warm, accompanied by extra pizza sauce for dipping.
