3-Ingredient Strawberry Yogurt Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Yogurt Cups

01 - 1/2 cup granola, plus more for topping
02 - 1 cup yogurt of choice
03 - 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and diced

→ Topping

04 - 3/4 cup fresh strawberries, sliced or chopped
05 - 1/4 cup granola (smaller pieces work better)

# Instructions:

01 - Line a 12-cup muffin pan with muffin liners or use a 12-cup silicone baking pan.
02 - Sprinkle about 2 teaspoons of granola into the bottom of each cup. Set aside.
03 - In medium bowl, add yogurt and diced strawberries. Mash fruits into yogurt using pastry cutter or fork until mostly mixed with a few chunks remaining. Stir until well mixed.
04 - Spoon 2 tablespoons of strawberry yogurt mixture into each cup, creating an even layer. Tap pan to smooth.
05 - Press about 1 tablespoon of strawberries or 1 strawberry slice into tops of each cup. Sprinkle about 1 teaspoon granola over strawberries.
06 - Place pan in freezer and chill until firm, about 2-4 hours. Thaw for a few minutes before serving.

01 - Keeps in freezer for 1-2 months
02 - Can use vegan yogurt for dairy-free version
03 - Thaw 3-5 minutes before eating
