Line a 12-cup muffin pan with muffin liners or use a 12-cup silicone baking pan.

Sprinkle about 2 teaspoons of granola into the bottom of each cup. Set aside.

In medium bowl, add yogurt and diced strawberries. Mash fruits into yogurt using pastry cutter or fork until mostly mixed with a few chunks remaining. Stir until well mixed.

Spoon 2 tablespoons of strawberry yogurt mixture into each cup, creating an even layer. Tap pan to smooth.

Press about 1 tablespoon of strawberries or 1 strawberry slice into tops of each cup. Sprinkle about 1 teaspoon granola over strawberries.

Place pan in freezer and chill until firm, about 2-4 hours. Thaw for a few minutes before serving.
