Strawberry Donut Baked Oats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Baked Oats

01 - ½ Cup Rolled Oats
02 - ½ Ripe Banana
03 - ½ Cup Almond Milk
04 - 1 Egg
05 - 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
06 - 1 Tablespoon Almond Butter
07 - ¼ Teaspoon Baking Powder
08 - ¼ Teaspoon Cinnamon

→ Strawberry Filling

09 - 5 Strawberries
10 - 1 Teaspoon Chia Seeds

→ Topping

11 - ½ Teaspoon Cinnamon
12 - 1 Teaspoon Coconut Sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease oven-safe mug or ramekin.
02 - Blend all baked oat ingredients until smooth. Pour half into prepared mug.
03 - Microwave strawberries and chia seeds 30-45 seconds. Mash and let thicken 2 minutes.
04 - Add strawberry filling to mug, top with remaining oat mixture.
05 - Mix cinnamon and coconut sugar, sprinkle over oats.
06 - Bake 25 minutes until risen and cake-like. Serve immediately.

01 - Can use flax egg for vegan version
02 - Fresh or frozen berries work
03 - Best served warm
