Stovetop Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 5 cups flour.
02 - 2 cups warm milk.
03 - 1 cup vegetable or canola oil.
04 - 1 tablespoon dry yeast.
05 - 1 tablespoon granulated sugar.
06 - 1 teaspoon salt.
07 - 2.5-3 liters water for boiling.
08 - 1 teaspoon salt for water.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast, let sit 5-10 minutes until frothy.
02 - Add flour, oil, and salt to yeast mixture, mix until combined.
03 - Knead dough on floured surface 8-10 minutes until smooth.
04 - Place in greased bowl, cover with damp cloth, let rise 1 hour.
05 - Bring salted water to boil in large pot.
06 - Shape dough into balls, boil 1-2 minutes until puffy.
07 - Cook in skillet 2-3 minutes per side until golden.

01 - No oven needed.
02 - Use fresh yeast.
03 - Adjust flour as needed.
