Combine whole wheat flour and water to pancake batter consistency in jar.

After 24 hours, check for bubbles. If present, add flour and water. If not, wait another day.

Remove half starter, add flour and water if bubbling. Let sit 24 hours.
04 -
Remove half, feed with flour and water. Rest 24 hours.
05 -
Feed twice daily on days 4-6 if planning to use. Continue until doubles within 8 hours.
