Shrimp Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon mayonnaise.
02 - 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped.
03 - 1 tablespoon lemon zest.
04 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard.
05 - 1 teaspoon black pepper.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt.
07 - 1 pound jumbo shrimp, cooked and peeled.
08 - 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped.
09 - 1/3 cup red onion, finely diced.

# Instructions:

01 - Whisk mayonnaise, dill, zest, mustard, pepper and salt.
02 - Stir in shrimp, celery and onion until coated.
03 - Serve immediately or chill until ready.
