# Instructions:

01 - Prepare bow tie pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add Italian sausage, breaking it apart with a spatula, and sauté until fully browned and cooked through. Transfer sausage to a plate and set aside.
03 - Add diced onion, red bell pepper, and yellow bell pepper to the same skillet. Sauté until vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until aromatic.
04 - Pour in diced tomatoes, chicken broth, dried basil, and dried oregano. Stir well and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
05 - Return cooked sausage to the skillet. Combine thoroughly and simmer for 5–7 minutes to meld flavours. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
06 - Add cooked pasta to the skillet. Gently toss until the pasta is evenly coated in sauce and heated through.
07 - Plate immediately and garnish with grated Parmesan cheese as desired. Serve hot.

01 - Cook pasta until just al dente for ideal texture; avoid overcooking.
02 - Select high-quality Italian sausage to enhance depth of flavour.
03 - For a creamy finish, add a splash of heavy cream prior to serving.
04 - Integrate fresh spinach or kale at the end for added nutrients.
05 - For heat, use spicy Italian sausage or a pinch of red pepper flakes.
