Sausage Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb hot sausage, uncooked.
02 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened.
03 - 10 oz Rotel diced tomatoes and chilies, drained.
04 - 1¾ cups Bisquick baking mix.
05 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F.
02 - Mix sausage, cream cheese, and drained Rotel.
03 - Add Bisquick and cheddar cheese.
04 - Form into 1-inch balls.
05 - Place on baking sheet.
06 - Bake 20-25 minutes until golden.
07 - Serve warm.

# Notes:

01 - Can use mild sausage or Rotel for less heat.
02 - Drain Rotel well to avoid wet mixture.
03 - Chill if too sticky to shape.
