01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - Salt and pepper, to taste
03 - 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
04 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
06 - 1 cup sour cream
07 - 1 can cream of chicken soup
08 - 1/2 cup chicken broth
09 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
02 - Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place them in the prepared baking dish.
03 - In a bowl, mix together the crushed Ritz crackers, grated Parmesan cheese, and melted butter.
04 - Evenly spread the sour cream over the chicken breasts in the baking dish.
05 - In a separate bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup with the chicken broth, then pour the mixture over the chicken.
06 - Sprinkle the Ritz cracker mixture evenly on top of the chicken.
07 - Bake the dish for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the topping is golden brown.
