Reese’s Peanut Butter Cookie Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 120g unsalted butter, softened
02 - 130g creamy peanut butter
03 - 100g brown sugar, packed
04 - 50g granulated sugar
05 - 1 large egg
06 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
07 - 125g all-purpose flour
08 - ½ tsp baking soda
09 - ¼ tsp salt

→ Optional Additions

10 - ¾ cup mini chocolate chips or chopped Reese’s Pieces
11 - ¼ cup chopped roasted peanuts
12 - A pinch of cinnamon
13 - Sea salt flakes
14 - Drizzle of melted chocolate or peanut butter on top after baking

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
03 - Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well incorporated.
04 - In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
05 - Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring just until combined. Fold in optional additions if desired.
06 - Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough, roll into balls, and place on the prepared baking sheet about 5 cm (2 inches) apart.
07 - Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until edges are set and centers look slightly underbaked.
08 - Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

# Notes:

01 - Use room temperature butter and egg for a smooth dough.
02 - Chill the dough for 20–30 minutes before baking for thicker, puffier bites.
03 - Store in an airtight container to maintain softness.
