Strawberry Yogurt Bowl (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen ripe strawberries, hulled.
02 - 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup.
03 - 1/2 cup plain Greek or regular yogurt.
04 - Whipped cream (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Cut strawberries in glass until mushy using kitchen shears. Can use food processor or muddler.
02 - Add maple syrup and mix well. Gently stir in yogurt.
03 - Serve immediately. Optionally top with whipped cream, cacao nibs or chocolate chips.

# Notes:

01 - Best with local seasonal strawberries.
02 - Can use frozen berries, thawed 15-20 minutes.
03 - Can substitute sour cream for richer treat.
