09 - 15 g chopped fresh parsley

10 - Cooking spray or butter for greasing the pan

→ For Serving

11 - 240 ml marinara or pizza sauce, warmed

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C. Grease a Bundt pan or a 23 cm round cake pan thoroughly using cooking spray or butter.
02 - Slice each biscuit into quarters to create bite-sized pieces.
03 - In a large mixing bowl, add the biscuit pieces, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Toss until dough pieces are evenly coated and cheese is distributed.
04 - Layer the coated biscuit mixture evenly in the prepared pan, gently pressing to compact slightly without overpacking.
05 - Place the pan in the oven and bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the centers are cooked through. Allow to cool in the pan for 5 to 10 minutes before carefully inverting onto a serving plate.
06 - Sprinkle the bread with chopped fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm alongside a bowl of marinara or pizza sauce for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - Additional toppings such as cooked sausage, chopped olives, or sautéed mushrooms can be mixed in for variety.
02 - For added richness, insert a cube of mozzarella or cheddar inside each dough piece before tossing.
03 - Pizza dough may be substituted for biscuit dough for a traditional flavor profile.
