Pineapple Upside Down Pancakes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups Bisquick.
02 - 1 cup milk.
03 - 2 eggs.
04 - 20 ounces pineapple slices.
05 - 8-10 maraschino cherries.
06 - ¼ cup brown sugar.
07 - Butter or cooking spray.
08 - Maple syrup for serving.
09 - Whipped topping optional.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat skillet to medium low. Drain and dry pineapple.
02 - Whisk together Bisquick, milk and eggs.
03 - Pour ¼ cup batter, cook 2 minutes, add pineapple and cherry, sprinkle sugar.
04 - Flip and cook 2-3 minutes more.

# Notes:

01 - Dry pineapple well.
02 - Don't make batter too thick.
