Easy Brisket Recipe (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4.5 lb beef brisket.
02 - 1/2 cup dry rub.
03 - Materials needed:.
04 - Aluminum foil.
05 - Roasting pan.

# Instructions:

01 - Pat brisket dry and coat generously with dry rub on all sides. Wrap in foil and refrigerate overnight.
02 - Remove from fridge 1 hour before cooking. Preheat oven to 300°F.
03 - Place rack in roasting pan with crossed foil sheets. Place brisket fat side up and wrap loosely.
04 - Bake about 1 hour 15 minutes per pound until internal temp reaches 180°F.
05 - Open foil and bake additional 45-60 minutes.
06 - Rest covered 30 minutes before slicing against the grain.
