Orange Dreamsicle Salad

# Ingredients:

20 ounces crushed pineapple, drained.

3.4 ounces vanilla pudding mix.
03 -
15 ounces mandarin oranges, drained.
04 -
8 ounces whipped topping, thawed.
05 -
1 cup mini marshmallows.

Orange zest for garnish.
# Instructions:

Stir together drained pineapple and dry pudding mix.
02 -
Fold in oranges, whipped topping and marshmallows.
03 -
Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
04 -
Stir, transfer to serving dish, top with zest.

Drain fruit well before using.

Can make up to 24 hours ahead.
