Orange Dreamsicle Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 20 ounces crushed pineapple, drained.
02 - 3.4 ounces vanilla pudding mix.
03 - 15 ounces mandarin oranges, drained.
04 - 8 ounces whipped topping, thawed.
05 - 1 cup mini marshmallows.
06 - Orange zest for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Stir together drained pineapple and dry pudding mix.
02 - Fold in oranges, whipped topping and marshmallows.
03 - Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
04 - Stir, transfer to serving dish, top with zest.

# Notes:

01 - Drain fruit well before using.
02 - Can make up to 24 hours ahead.
03 - Keep chilled until serving.
