Beat cream cheese until smooth.

Mix in 3/4 cup powdered sugar.

Dissolve Jello in boiling water, set aside.

Zest orange and set aside.

Whip cream with 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla.

Mix half whipped cream into cooled Jello.

Add orange zest to Jello mixture.

Fold remaining cream into cream cheese.

Layer in crust: Half cream cheese mixture, 2 cups orange mixture, Remaining cream cheese, Remaining orange mixture.

Chill overnight.

Whip cream with sugar and vanilla, and pipe around edge of pie.
