Orange Creamsicle Pie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 (9-inch) pre-made graham cracker crust.
02 - 1 3/4 cups powdered sugar.
03 - 2 (8 oz) boxes cream cheese, softened.
04 - 2 cups heavy whipping cream (plus 1 cup for topping).
05 - 1 (3 oz) box orange Jello.
06 - 1 cup boiling water.
07 - 1 orange, zested.
08 - 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (plus 1/2 teaspoon for topping).

# Instructions:

01 - Beat cream cheese until smooth.
02 - Mix in 3/4 cup powdered sugar.
03 - Dissolve Jello in boiling water, set aside.
04 - Zest orange and set aside.
05 - Whip cream with 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla.
06 - Mix half whipped cream into cooled Jello.
07 - Add orange zest to Jello mixture.
08 - Fold remaining cream into cream cheese.
09 - Layer in crust: Half cream cheese mixture, 2 cups orange mixture, Remaining cream cheese, Remaining orange mixture.
10 - Chill overnight.
11 - Whip cream with sugar and vanilla, and pipe around edge of pie.
