Nutter Butter Peanut Butter Pie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups crushed Nutter Butter cookies (24 cookies).
02 - 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted.
03 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened.
04 - 1 cup powdered sugar.
05 - 1 cup creamy peanut butter.
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
07 - 1 1/2 cups heavy cream, whipped.
08 - 1/4 cup crushed cookies for topping.
09 - 1/4 cup chocolate chips for drizzle.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix crushed cookies with melted butter. Press into pie dish. Bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes until set.
02 - Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Mix in peanut butter and vanilla.
03 - Fold whipped cream into peanut butter mixture.
04 - Pour into cooled crust. Top with crushed cookies and melted chocolate.
05 - Refrigerate at least 4 hours until firm.

02 - Keep refrigerated.
