Easy No-Bake Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 16 oz White melting chocolate (almond bark or vanilla coating).
02 - ¾ cup Peanut butter, creamy.
03 - 2 cups Rice Krispies cereal.
04 - 2 cups Mini marshmallows.
05 - 1 cup Mini chocolate chips, divided.

# Instructions:

01 - Line large cookie sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Melt white chocolate according to package directions.
03 - Combine melted white chocolate and peanut butter in large bowl.
04 - Stir in Rice Krispies, marshmallows, and ¾ cup chocolate chips.
05 - Scoop onto prepared sheet, top with remaining chips.
06 - Chill in refrigerator about 20 minutes until set.

# Notes:

01 - Use melting chocolate not regular white chocolate chips.
02 - Keeps 5 days at room temperature.
03 - Can be frozen up to 3 months.
