Mini Pizza Burgers Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meat Base

01 - 450 g ground beef or ground turkey

→ Seasonings

02 - 0.5 tsp garlic powder
03 - 0.5 tsp onion powder
04 - 0.5 tsp Italian seasoning
05 - Salt, to taste
06 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Sauce and Cheese

07 - 120 ml pizza sauce, plus extra for serving
08 - 60 g shredded mozzarella cheese
09 - 25 g grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

→ Bread and Toppings

10 - 6–8 mini slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
11 - Pepperoni slices (optional)
12 - Sliced black olives, mushrooms, or preferred pizza toppings

→ For Toasting

13 - Butter or olive oil, as needed for toasting buns

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 190°C and allow to preheat fully.
02 - In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
03 - Shape the seasoned meat into 6–8 even, slider-sized patties.
04 - In a skillet over medium-high heat, sear patties for 2–3 minutes per side until evenly browned and cooked through. Transfer to a plate to rest briefly.
05 - Lightly brush the bottom halves of slider buns with butter or olive oil. Arrange on a baking tray and toast until just golden.
06 - Position one cooked patty on each toasted bun base. Top each with approximately 1 tablespoon pizza sauce, a layer of shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan if using, and desired toppings such as pepperoni or sliced vegetables.
07 - Place the top halves of buns on the baking tray beside (not atop) assembled sliders. Bake for 5–7 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
08 - Remove tray from oven. Place top buns on each burger and serve immediately, accompanied by extra pizza sauce for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - For a filled centre, insert a small cube of mozzarella into each patty before cooking for a molten cheese core.
02 - Customise with sautéed mushrooms, bell peppers, or onions for a vegetarian variant.
03 - Enhance flavour by adding cooked crumbled sausage or bacon before baking for a meat-lovers version.
