01 -
Set oven to 190°C and allow to preheat fully.
02 -
In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
03 -
Shape the seasoned meat into 6–8 even, slider-sized patties.
04 -
In a skillet over medium-high heat, sear patties for 2–3 minutes per side until evenly browned and cooked through. Transfer to a plate to rest briefly.
05 -
Lightly brush the bottom halves of slider buns with butter or olive oil. Arrange on a baking tray and toast until just golden.
06 -
Position one cooked patty on each toasted bun base. Top each with approximately 1 tablespoon pizza sauce, a layer of shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan if using, and desired toppings such as pepperoni or sliced vegetables.
07 -
Place the top halves of buns on the baking tray beside (not atop) assembled sliders. Bake for 5–7 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
08 -
Remove tray from oven. Place top buns on each burger and serve immediately, accompanied by extra pizza sauce for dipping.
