Marshmallow Caramel Popcorn (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 (3.2 oz) bag microwave popcorn, popped.
02 - 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter.
03 - 1 cup brown sugar.
04 - 1 tbsp light corn syrup.
05 - 20 large marshmallows (or 3 cups mini).
06 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.

# Instructions:

01 - Pop popcorn, remove unpopped kernels, place in bowl.
02 - Combine butter, brown sugar, corn syrup in saucepan over medium heat.
03 - Stir until melted and combined.
04 - Add marshmallows and vanilla, stir until marshmallows melt.
05 - Pour over popcorn.
06 - Mix until evenly coated.
07 - Spread on baking sheet to set.

# Notes:

01 - Best eaten same day.
02 - Can use any plain popped popcorn.
03 - Remove unpopped kernels before coating.
04 - Store in airtight container if needed.
