Marinated Cheese Appetizer (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 oz Havarti cheese, cubed.
02 - 1/2 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes.
03 - 1 cup salami, cubed.
04 - 1/2 cup cornichons, diced.
05 - 1/2 cup Castelvetrano olives, pitted and chopped.
06 - 2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped.
07 - 1 cup garlic vinaigrette.

# Instructions:

01 - Combine cheese, tomatoes, salami, cornichons and olives in bowl.
02 - Add chopped basil.
03 - Pour in vinaigrette, toss gently.
04 - Transfer to jar or container.
05 - Refrigerate 1-2 hours or overnight.

01 - Best when marinated overnight.
