Keto Garlic Flatbread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups shredded low moisture mozzarella.
02 - 2 tablespoons cream cheese.
03 - 2 eggs.
04 - 1/2 cup almond flour.
05 - 1 teaspoon baking powder.
06 - 1 tablespoon grated parmesan.
07 - 2 cloves garlic, minced.
08 - 1 tablespoon butter.
09 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
10 - 1 tablespoon parsley.
11 - 1 tablespoon parmesan for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Melt cheeses, combine with eggs, almond flour, baking powder.
02 - Refrigerate dough minimum 4 hours.
03 - Divide into 8 balls, flatten between parchment.
04 - Bake at 350°F for 15-17 minutes until golden.
05 - Cook garlic in butter and oil until lightly browned.
06 - Brush with garlic butter, add parmesan, bake 1 minute more.
