Granola Breakfast Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Granola Base

01 - 3 cups granola
02 - 1/2 cup chopped almonds
03 - 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
04 - 1 cup peanut butter

→ Toppings (optional)

05 - 1 1/2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
06 - Blackberries or raspberries, to taste
07 - Chopped nuts like almonds or pistachios, to taste
08 - Dried cranberries, to taste
09 - Shredded coconut, to taste
10 - Chocolate chips, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, mix the granola, almonds, cinnamon, and peanut butter until combined.
02 - Press the granola mixture into a 12-inch pizza pan lined with parchment paper.
03 - Chill the crust for an hour to set. If in a hurry, freeze for 15 minutes.
04 - Remove the crust from the pan, spread yogurt over the top, and add your favorite toppings. Serve immediately.

01 - Make it Vegan: Use non-dairy yogurt such as soy or coconut milk yogurt.
02 - Make Ahead: Prepare the crust in advance, but add yogurt and toppings just before serving to avoid sogginess.
