Glazed Salmon and Garlic Mashed Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 salmon fillets.
02 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil.
04 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon Jamaican allspice.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon Creole seasoning.
09 - 1/2 packet Sazon Goya.
10 - 10 small red potatoes.
11 - 1/4 cup butter.
12 - 1/2 cup milk.
13 - 1/4 cup heavy cream.
14 - 1 head garlic, roasted.
15 - 2 cups fresh green beans.
16 - 2 tablespoons olive oil for beans.
17 - 1 tablespoon butter for beans.
18 - 1/2 cup Jack Daniels.
19 - 1/2 cup brown sugar.
20 - 1/2 cup honey.
21 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce.
22 - 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch.

# Instructions:

01 - Boil potatoes until tender. Mash with butter, milk, cream, roasted garlic and seasonings.
02 - Sauté green beans with seasonings in oil and butter until tender-crisp.
03 - Simmer Jack Daniels, sugar, honey, sauces. Add cornstarch slurry to thicken.
04 - Season salmon, pan-sear, brush with glaze to finish.
