Cheeseburger Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb ground beef.
02 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
03 - 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened.
04 - 1 tsp garlic powder.
05 - 1 tsp onion powder.
06 - Salt and pepper to taste.
07 - 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough.
08 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
09 - 2 tbsp butter, melted.
10 - Fresh parsley, chopped (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F. Line baking sheet with parchment.
02 - Brown beef, drain grease.
03 - Mix in seasonings, cream cheese, cheddar until creamy.
04 - Let filling cool slightly.
05 - Flatten each biscuit into circle.
06 - Add filling to center of each biscuit.
07 - Fold and seal edges completely.
08 - Mix butter and Parmesan.
09 - Brush bombs with butter mixture.
10 - Bake 12-15 minutes until golden.
11 - Garnish with parsley if desired.
