Garlic Miso Chicken Thighs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
02 - 4 tbsp minced green onions
03 - 2 tbsp white miso paste
04 - 2 tbsp rice vinegar
05 - 2 tbsp mirin
06 - 1 tbsp honey
07 - 1 tbsp soy sauce
08 - 1 tbsp minced garlic

09 - green onions
10 - cilantro

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium-sized bowl, add mirin, miso, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and garlic. Mix well and add the chicken.
02 - Massage the chicken thoroughly with the miso sauce to ensure even coating.
03 - Line the air fryer tray or basket with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
04 - Place the chicken in a single layer on the air fryer tray and pour any remaining miso glaze over it. Air fry at 320°F for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through. Broil for 2 minutes to achieve a nice crust and color. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
05 - Baste the chicken with leftover pan juices, garnish with green onions and cilantro, and serve immediately.
06 - Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Bake the chicken for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through. Broil for 2 minutes to achieve a crust and color. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Bone-in chicken may require additional time.
