Garlic Butter Steak Tips with Cheesy Rigatoni (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound steak tips (sirloin or ribeye).
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
03 - 4 cloves garlic, minced.
04 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter.
05 - 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped.
06 - 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped.
07 - Salt and pepper to taste.
08 - 1 pound rigatoni pasta.
09 - 1 cup heavy cream.
10 - 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded.
11 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated.
12 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped.
13 - Red pepper flakes to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Boil rigatoni according to package. Save 1 cup pasta water before draining.
02 - Season steak tips, cook in oil 3-4 minutes per side until desired doneness.
03 - Melt butter, cook garlic and herbs until fragrant.
04 - Add steak back to pan with pasta, cream and cheeses. Mix until creamy.
05 - Adjust seasoning, garnish with parsley and serve hot.

01 - Use tender cuts of steak.
02 - Can substitute half-and-half for cream.
03 - Add vegetables if desired.
