01 -
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
02 -
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and diced onions. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook until beef is browned and fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes. Drain any excess grease and let cool slightly.
03 -
Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and mix well.
04 -
Unroll the crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
05 -
Spoon a heaping tablespoon of the beef mixture onto the wide end of each crescent triangle. Roll up each triangle, starting at the wide end and rolling toward the point. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
06 -
Mix melted butter with 1 teaspoon garlic powder, then brush the tops of the rollups generously.
07 -
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired.
08 -
Serve warm with ketchup, ranch, or your favorite dipping sauce.
