Garlic Butter Beef Rollups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
03 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1/2 cup diced onions
07 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

→ Dough and Garnish

08 - 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
09 - 2 tablespoons melted butter
10 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder (for butter)
11 - 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and diced onions. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook until beef is browned and fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes. Drain any excess grease and let cool slightly.
03 - Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and mix well.
04 - Unroll the crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
05 - Spoon a heaping tablespoon of the beef mixture onto the wide end of each crescent triangle. Roll up each triangle, starting at the wide end and rolling toward the point. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
06 - Mix melted butter with 1 teaspoon garlic powder, then brush the tops of the rollups generously.
07 - Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired.
08 - Serve warm with ketchup, ranch, or your favorite dipping sauce.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure the beef mixture is fully cooled before incorporating the cheese to maintain texture and avoid premature melting.
