Frozen Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
02 - ⅓ cup peanut butter (creamy works best)
03 - 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
04 - ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - ⅓ cup mini chocolate chips

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and creamy.
02 - Gently fold in mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
03 - Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or paper-lined mini muffin tins, filling each to the top and smoothing the surface.
04 - Place the filled molds in the freezer for at least 2 hours until completely solid. Press the center to check firmness.
05 - Remove bites from molds or liners and transfer to a freezer-safe container. Keep frozen until ready to eat.
