In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and creamy.

Gently fold in mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.

Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or paper-lined mini muffin tins, filling each to the top and smoothing the surface.

Place the filled molds in the freezer for at least 2 hours until completely solid. Press the center to check firmness.

Remove bites from molds or liners and transfer to a freezer-safe container. Keep frozen until ready to eat.
