02 - 1-2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, for dusting

→ Filling

03 - 1 pound ground beef

05 - 1 small yellow onion, finely chopped
06 - 2 cups finely chopped cabbage
07 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Egg Wash

# Instructions:

01 - Place frozen rolls on parchment-covered baking sheets, spaced apart. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise at room temperature until doubled, about 3-5 hours.

03 - On floured surface, work each dough ball into a circle. Add filling to center, bring up edges and pinch to close. Roll gently to seal seams. Place seam-side down on parchment. Let rise 30 minutes.
04 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Brush runzas with egg wash (egg mixed with milk). Bake 18-20 minutes until golden brown, rotating halfway through.

02 - Can refrigerate dough up to 1 hour if it rises too quickly
03 - Egg wash creates bakery-style finish
