Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess grease.

Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and remove from heat.

Let the beef cool slightly, then mix in cheddar and mozzarella cheese.

Open the biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit into a 10 cm (4-inch) circle.

Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each biscuit. Carefully fold and pinch the dough to seal and form into a ball.

Place each bomb seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Brush each with melted butter, then sprinkle with garlic powder and Parmesan cheese.

Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
