Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 1 tsp garlic powder
03 - 1 tsp onion powder
04 - 1/2 tsp salt
05 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
06 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
07 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
08 - 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)
09 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
10 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder (for topping)
11 - 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
12 - 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess grease.
03 - Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and remove from heat.
04 - Let the beef cool slightly, then mix in cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
05 - Open the biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit into a 10 cm (4-inch) circle.
06 - Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each biscuit. Carefully fold and pinch the dough to seal and form into a ball.
07 - Place each bomb seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
08 - Brush each with melted butter, then sprinkle with garlic powder and Parmesan cheese.
09 - Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
10 - Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.
