Crispy Toasted Ravioli (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Ravioli

01 - 1 package (12 oz) frozen ravioli (cheese or meat-filled)
02 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
03 - 2 large eggs
04 - 1 cup breadcrumbs (Italian-style or panko)
05 - 1 tsp garlic powder
06 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
07 - Salt and pepper to taste
08 - Oil for frying (vegetable or canola)

# Instructions:

01 - In one shallow dish, place the flour. In another dish, beat the eggs. In a third dish, combine breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
02 - Coat each frozen ravioli in flour, shaking off excess. Dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere. Repeat for all ravioli.
03 - In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
04 - Carefully add breaded ravioli to skillet in batches. Fry for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Transfer to paper towel-lined plate to drain.
05 - Arrange on serving platter and serve warm with marinara sauce or other dipping sauces.

01 - Keep ravioli frozen until ready to bread
02 - Can be air fried instead of deep fried
03 - Best served immediately while hot and crispy
