Crispy Parmesan Garlic Zucchini Fries (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Zucchini Fries

01 - 2 medium zucchini, cut into sticks approximately 7.5 cm long
02 - 2 large eggs, beaten

→ Coating

03 - 60 grams grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 60 grams breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
05 - 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 0.5 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
07 - Salt, to taste
08 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Baking

09 - Cooking spray or olive oil, for greasing

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 220°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease with cooking spray or olive oil.
02 - In a shallow bowl, combine grated Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning if using, salt, and black pepper.
03 - Dip each zucchini stick into the beaten eggs, then roll in the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere the coating.
04 - Place coated zucchini sticks in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly spray or drizzle with olive oil. Bake in the centre of the oven for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crisp.
05 - Serve hot accompanied by marinara, ranch, or garlic aioli for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - For added crispiness, broil for the last 1–2 minutes, monitoring closely to prevent burning.
02 - Zucchini fries can be cooked in an air fryer at 200°C for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
