Cranberry Pistachio White Chocolate Bark (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 ounces white chocolate chips.
02 - 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped.
03 - 1/2 cup shelled pistachios, chopped.

# Instructions:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Microwave chocolate in 30-second bursts, stirring between each, until smooth.
03 - Stir most of cranberries and pistachios into melted chocolate, save some for top.
04 - Pour onto lined sheet, spread into even layer.
05 - Sprinkle remaining cranberries and pistachios over surface.
06 - Chill in fridge until firm, then break into pieces.

# Notes:

01 - Keeps 2 weeks in airtight container.
02 - Refrigerate in warm weather.
03 - Can substitute different dried fruits and nuts.
