Crunchy Cottage Cheese Chips (Print Version)

01 - 1 cup cottage cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with oil.
02 - Drain excess liquid from cottage cheese using fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to help chips crisp better.
03 - Place small mounds of cottage cheese on prepared baking sheet. Flatten each with back of spoon to form thin rounds. Leave space between each.
04 - Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Watch closely to prevent burning.
05 - Let chips cool on baking sheet for a few minutes to crisp further. Transfer to serving plate.
06 - Alternatively, spread drained cottage cheese on parchment paper. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes until golden and crispy. Cool, then break into pieces.
