Press the crushed Oreo cookies firmly into the bottom of your pie dish to create a crust. Freeze until firm, approximately 30 minutes.

Allow half of the coffee ice cream to soften for about 10 minutes. Mix in half of the chocolate fudge topping and spread this mixture over the chilled crust. Freeze for 2 hours until set.

Spread the remaining coffee ice cream over the first layer once set. Freeze for an additional 2 hours.

Top the pie with the remaining chocolate fudge topping and sprinkle crushed cookies over it for extra crunch. Freeze for 2 hours or overnight for the best results.
