03 - 6 ounces vanilla yogurt or 1 banana
04 - 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
05 - 1/8 teaspoon salt
06 - Sweetener of choice
07 - Optional: 1 spoonful almond butter

# Instructions:

01 - Start with cold milk and yogurt or a frozen banana.
