Cinnamon Raisin Cookie Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1½ cups all-purpose flour.
02 - 1 teaspoon baking soda.
03 - ¾ teaspoon cinnamon.
04 - ½ teaspoon salt.
05 - ¾ cup unsalted butter, softened.
06 - ¾ cup brown sugar.
07 - 2 large eggs.
08 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
09 - 2 cups quick oats.
10 - 1 cup raisins.
11 - ½ cup butter for frosting.
12 - 1½ cups powdered sugar.
13 - 1 tablespoon maple syrup.
14 - 1-2 tablespoons cream.
15 - ½ teaspoon cinnamon for frosting.
16 - ¼ teaspoon maple extract.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Line 9x9 pan with parchment.
02 - Whisk flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt.
03 - Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla.
04 - Add dry ingredients, then fold in oats and raisins.
05 - Spread in pan, bake 18-20 minutes until edges golden.
06 - Beat butter, gradually add sugar. Mix in maple syrup, cream, cinnamon.
07 - Frost cooled bars, cut into squares.
