Chocolate and Cream Layerd Dessert (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Biscuits or sponge cake, 200g
02 - Heavy cream, 500ml
03 - Powdered sugar, 2-3 tablespoons
04 - Vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon
05 - Dark chocolate, 200g
06 - Butter, 2 tablespoons

# Instructions:

01 - Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
02 - Place a layer of biscuits or sponge cake at the bottom of a dish. Spread a layer of the whipped cream mixture over it. Repeat the layering process (biscuit/cake, then cream) 2-3 times, finishing with cream on top.
03 - Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl over simmering water or in the microwave. Spread the melted chocolate evenly over the top cream layer.
04 - Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
05 - Slice and serve chilled.
