# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 480 ml (2 cups) shredded cooked chicken breast
02 - 240 ml (1 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - 120 ml (½ cup) shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 60 ml (¼ cup) grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 4 large flour tortillas
06 - 45 ml (3 tbsp) unsalted butter
07 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
08 - 5 ml (1 tsp) dried parsley
09 - Salt to taste
10 - Pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
02 - Lay one flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon approximately 120 ml (½ cup) of the chicken and cheese mixture into the center. Fold in the opposing sides of the tortilla, then tightly roll it from the bottom up to form a secure wrap.
03 - Melt the unsalted butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and dried parsley, cooking for 1 to 2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant and lightly golden. Season the garlic butter with salt and pepper to your preference.
04 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Using a pastry brush, generously apply the prepared garlic butter over the exterior of each wrap. Place the wraps seam-side down in the hot skillet. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until the tortillas are golden brown and deliciously crispy.
05 - Allow the cooked wraps to rest for approximately 1 minute before slicing. Carefully cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately while warm, optionally accompanied by your favorite dipping sauce.

# Notes:

01 - The chicken and cheese filling can be prepared up to 3 days in advance and stored covered in the refrigerator.
02 - For an extra crispy texture, cook the wraps in an air fryer at 190°C (375°F) for 6 to 8 minutes, ensuring to flip them halfway through.
03 - Enhance the nutritional value and flavor by adding sautéed spinach, diced bell peppers, or sliced mushrooms to the chicken and cheese filling.
04 - For a spicier kick, incorporate a pinch of red pepper flakes into the filling or mix a dash of hot sauce into the garlic butter.
05 - Experiment with different proteins such as shredded turkey, ham, or beef as a substitute for chicken.
06 - Vary the cheese profile by using provolone or Swiss cheese. For a spicy version, try using pepper jack cheese.
07 - Before adding the filling, spread a thin layer of pesto, ranch dressing, or barbecue sauce inside the tortilla for an additional layer of flavor.
