03 - 3 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1 teaspoon paprika
05 - 0.5 teaspoon dried oregano or Italian seasoning
06 - Salt, to taste
07 - Black pepper, to taste
08 - Optional: a splash of lemon juice

→ Wraps and Fillings

09 - 4 large flour tortillas
10 - 120 to 180 grams shredded mozzarella, cheddar, or cheese blend
11 - Optional: sliced tomatoes
12 - Optional: fresh spinach or lettuce
13 - Optional: fresh avocado or guacamole
14 - Optional: ranch or garlic sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add chicken strips, season with paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is golden and thoroughly cooked. Optionally, finish with a squeeze of lemon juice for added brightness.
02 - Arrange tortillas on a clean surface. Distribute cooked garlic chicken evenly down the center of each tortilla. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and add any preferred extras such as lettuce, tomato, or avocado. Fold the sides in and roll up tightly to enclose the filling.
03 - Heat a clean skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Place wraps seam-side down and toast for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese has melted. Alternatively, use a panini press for even browning.
04 - Slice wraps in half and serve warm with dipping sauce, such as garlic sauce, ranch, or salsa.

# Notes:

01 - For a spicy twist, incorporate chili flakes or Sriracha into the chicken during cooking.
02 - To reduce carbohydrates, substitute traditional tortillas with low-carb or lettuce wraps.
03 - For meal preparation, cook the chicken in advance and store refrigerated for up to four days; assemble and toast wraps just prior to serving.
