Preheat the oven to 190°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to form a rectangle.

Brush the surface of the dough lightly with some of the prepared garlic butter. Reserve the remaining garlic butter for later.

Evenly sprinkle mozzarella, parmesan, and Italian seasoning across the entire dough surface.

Roll up the dough tightly from the long edge to form a log. Slice into approximately 4-centimetre pieces.

Place the rollups, spiral side up, onto the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with the remaining garlic butter.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.

Optionally sprinkle extra parmesan and parsley over the hot rollups immediately after baking. Serve warm with marinara or ranch dipping sauce.
