Cheesy Garlic Butter Rollups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Rollups

01 - 1 sheet refrigerated crescent dough or pizza dough
02 - 180 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - 30 grams grated parmesan cheese
04 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

→ For the Garlic Butter

05 - 55 grams unsalted butter, melted
06 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley
08 - Pinch of salt

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 190°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to form a rectangle.
03 - Brush the surface of the dough lightly with some of the prepared garlic butter. Reserve the remaining garlic butter for later.
04 - Evenly sprinkle mozzarella, parmesan, and Italian seasoning across the entire dough surface.
05 - Roll up the dough tightly from the long edge to form a log. Slice into approximately 4-centimetre pieces.
06 - Place the rollups, spiral side up, onto the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with the remaining garlic butter.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
08 - Optionally sprinkle extra parmesan and parsley over the hot rollups immediately after baking. Serve warm with marinara or ranch dipping sauce.

# Notes:

01 - Enhance the filling with chopped pepperoni, cooked bacon, or spinach if desired.
02 - Pre-made garlic butter may be used as a convenient alternative.
03 - Ideal for lunchboxes, parties, or as a savoury side.
