# Ingredients:

02 - 1 medium onion, finely diced
03 - 450 grams ground beef
04 - 1 teaspoon salt
05 - 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
06 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
07 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
08 - 200 millilitres tomato sauce
09 - 320 grams cooked fried rice
10 - 100 millilitres nacho cheese sauce
11 - 4 tablespoons sour cream
12 - 40 grams tortilla chips, crushed

→ Assembly

13 - 4 large flour tortillas
14 - 4 tablespoons spicy mayonnaise
15 - 120 grams shredded Mexican cheese blend

# Instructions:

01 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook for 5 minutes until softened.
02 - Add ground beef to the pan and cook, breaking up any clumps, until browned. Season with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and oregano. Stir for 1 minute to bloom spices.
03 - Pour in tomato sauce, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 5 minutes until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and let rest briefly.
04 - Warm flour tortillas. Spread spicy mayonnaise down the center of each. Layer with fried rice, nacho cheese sauce, a dollop of sour cream, and a handful of crushed tortilla chips. Spoon seasoned beef mixture on top.
05 - Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll tightly from the bottom up to form a sealed burrito.
06 - Sprinkle shredded Mexican cheese blend onto a non-stick skillet set over medium heat. Place burrito seam-side down on the cheese. Grill for about 2 minutes per side until a golden cheese crust forms.
07 - Slice burritos in half or serve whole. Offer additional spicy mayo on the side as desired.
